We learn your work
Every training engagement is focused on your available tools, the complexity of the work, and how your organization wants to us AI.
Workshops, labs, and training programs built around your actual workflows. Not theory. Not demos. Hands-on skill building your staff will use the next day.
Start with a free 5-minute readiness assessment
AI tools are accessible to everyone now. The gap is no longer access. The gap is knowing how to use them in the context of the work your team actually does.
Generic AI training teaches your staff what buttons to press. We teach them how to think with AI: how to prompt effectively, how to evaluate output, how to build workflows that save hours per week, and how to do all of it responsibly.
Every training engagement starts with your team's real work. We learn your workflows before we teach anything. That means the skills your staff builds in a session are immediately applicable, not theoretical.
This hands-on workshop is built for staff, coordinators, and implementers ready to go beyond theory and start building. Over two dynamic days, you’ll go from prompt fundamentals to building fully functional AI workflows using tools that integrate with your real job tasks.
You’ll walk away with:
Custom prompts and workflows you can use immediately
Practical experience using tools like image generation, data analysis, and file creation
A working prototype of an AI-powered solution tailored to your needs
Implementation plans and peer-built resource library

Every engagement follows the same structure, whether it runs for two hours or six weeks.
Every training engagement is focused on your available tools, the complexity of the work, and how your organization wants to us AI.
Sessions are hands-on. Your staff works on their real tasks with AI tools, guided step by step. They leave with prompts, templates, and workflows they built themselves.
Training is priced per engagement based on the program format, number of participants, and duration. We will scope a proposal after learning about your team and goals.
Every training engagement is scoped to your organization. The investment depends on three factors:
Lunch & Learn, Lab, Accelerator, or custom
Smaller groups and larger cohorts are priced accordingly
From a two-hour session to a multi-week program
Not everyone can block off a live session, and you shouldn't have to wait for one to get started. Our self-paced courses cover the same practical AI skills on your own schedule, so you can start today, pause when work gets busy, and pick back up whenever you're ready. Work through them solo, or use them to prep your team before a live workshop.
Synaptic Labs offers four hands-on AI training programs in two formats. The two-day Accelerators are intensive, immersive sessions, and the Labs run over several weeks for deeper skill-building. Each format comes in two tracks: a Leadership track for executives and managers focused on AI strategy, and a Solutions track for staff focused on building practical AI tools and workflows. Every program is instructor-led, built around your real work, and grounded in responsible AI. A short conversation helps us recommend the right fit for your team.
Synaptic Labs uses simple group pricing: $5,000 for a Leadership program, $10,000 for a Solutions program, or $15,000 for both combined. For eligible Massachusetts businesses, the Workforce Training Fund can reimburse up to 100% of that, so many organizations pay little or nothing out of pocket. We help you confirm eligibility and handle the grant paperwork. Our grant page covers the details. [Grant Details]
The Accelerator is a two-day immersive intensive that gets your team building with AI fast, ideal when you want momentum quickly. The Lab spreads learning over several weeks with weekly sessions and office hours, which suits teams that want deeper practice and time to apply skills between sessions. Both are instructor-led and produce real, usable work, not just theory. Synaptic Labs helps you choose based on your team's schedule and goals.
Both, and Synaptic Labs runs a separate track for each. The Leadership track helps executives and managers build AI strategy, run a readiness assessment, and create a 90-day rollout plan. The Solutions track helps staff and implementers build working prompts, workflows, and AI agents for their everyday work. Many organizations do both, which is also the combination the grant is designed to fully fund.
Real things, not just concepts. Leaders leave with an AI strategy, a readiness assessment of their organization, and a 90-day implementation roadmap. Staff leave able to write effective prompts using our SCRIBE framework, build multi-step workflows and simple AI agents, and apply quality checks so the output is reliable. Because every session is hands-on, your team builds usable business assets during the training itself.
No. Synaptic Labs training is designed for people with no technical background, taught in plain language using tools your team can use right away. Whether someone is an executive or a frontline staff member, the program meets them where they are. The goal is a team that feels confident and capable, with the skills staying inside your organization.
Free, self-paced courses can introduce the basics, but they rarely change how a team actually works. Synaptic Labs training is live and instructor-led, built around your real tasks and tools, with hands-on practice, weekly support, and responsible AI throughout. Your team finishes with working solutions and a plan, not just a certificate of completion. And for eligible Massachusetts organizations, grant funding means this deeper training can cost little or nothing.
