What AI training programs does Synaptic Labs offer?
Synaptic Labs offers four hands-on AI training programs in two formats. The two-day Accelerators are intensive, immersive sessions, and the Labs run over several weeks for deeper skill-building. Each format comes in two tracks: a Leadership track for executives and managers focused on AI strategy, and a Solutions track for staff focused on building practical AI tools and workflows. How much does AI training cost, and can a grant cover it?
Synaptic Labs uses simple group pricing: $5,000 for a Leadership program, $10,000 for a Solutions program, or $15,000 for both combined. For eligible Massachusetts businesses, the Workforce Training Fund can reimburse up to 100% of that, so many organizations pay little or nothing out of pocket. What is the difference between the two-day Accelerator and the multi-week Lab?
The Accelerator is a two-day immersive intensive that gets your team building with AI fast, ideal when you want momentum quickly. The Lab spreads learning over several weeks with weekly sessions and office hours, which suits teams that want deeper practice and time to apply skills between sessions. Both are instructor-led and produce real, usable work, not just theory. Synaptic Labs helps you choose based on your team's schedule and goals.
Should leaders or staff attend, and what is the difference?
Both, and Synaptic Labs runs a separate track for each. The Leadership track helps executives and managers build AI strategy, run a readiness assessment, and create a 90-day rollout plan. The Solutions track helps staff and implementers build working prompts, workflows, and AI agents for their everyday work. Many organizations do both, which is also the combination the grant is designed to fully fund.
What will our team be able to do after the training?
