Common questions
What is the difference between the two-day Accelerator and the multi-week Lab?
The Accelerator is a two-day immersive intensive that gets your team building with AI fast, ideal when you want momentum quickly. The Lab covers the same builder skills over six weeks, with one live online hour each week plus self-paced lessons and project work, which suits teams that want deeper practice and time to apply skills between sessions. Both are instructor-led and produce real, usable work, not just theory.
Should leaders or staff attend, and what is the difference?
Both, and Synaptic Labs runs a separate track for each. The Leadership track helps executives and managers build AI strategy, run a readiness assessment, and create a 90-day rollout plan. The Solutions track helps staff and implementers build working prompts, workflows, and AI agents for their everyday work.
What will our team be able to do after the training?
